5 out of 5 starsAbsolutely a work of art. My locket arrived quickly and it’s just as beautiful as I’d hoped it would be. You can tell it’s handmade as well! I put my incus that had to be removed in it. To keep it from jostling around, I fixed it to the side of the glass with a small dab of E600. If I wanted to add anything else, there’s plenty of room. Worth every penny!

Gift wrapping and packaging
All of our jewellery comes in one of our gorgeous gift boxes made from recycled materials! Using sustainable packaging is very, very important to us.
Gift wrapping is available at an additional cost.
Shipping Charges
Most UK orders are posted 1st class Recorded with Royal Mail which typically takes 1-2 business days. You also have the option to upgrade to faster delivery once you reach the checkout.
International Shipping times will vary depending on the country, it usually takes between 5 and 10 business days but can take up to 3 weeks at busy times. If your international order is urgent, we can upgrade to a faster shipping method, just let us know.
We will dispatch 1-9 business days after your order has been made depending on if engraving has been ordered. Once dispatched, you will be provided a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your delivery.
NB We are not responsible for any customs or import duty charges.
Return Policy
Most items are protected by the Distance Selling Regulations which means you have 14 days after the day you receive the item to return it. *This does not affect your Statutory Rights*. Ensure that items are in original condition, unworn, with original Box and a copy of the Invoice/Delivery Note. Please contact us before returning an item via an an Etsy Conversation. Personalised to order jewelry (e.g. engraved, plated, etc) and earrings are not refundable or valid for exchanges. Refunds may take up to 28 days.
Hallmarking
By UK law any silver items i.e. Sterling silver, fine silver etc that weighs over 7.78 grams MUST be hallmarked. We are registered with the Assay Office in London, England and every piece of our jewellery over 7.78 grams has our 'sponsor' mark as well as the Assay Office mark and a mark to confirm the silver content - 925 for sterling and 999 for fine silver. This gives reassurance that what you are buying is indeed genuine silver. If you are purchasing something under 7.78 grams we can arrange hallmarking at your request but please note this will incur extra cost & will take longer to process.
Care instructions
We are often asked, 'what is the best way to keep silver from tarnishing' or for info on the best way 'to keep silver shiny'. The answer is simple, you either (1) wear it, (2) store it in a ziplock bag or (3) polish it. In no specific order, polishing your jewellery is an obvious one. There is nothing that I can think of that doesn't get dirty, and jewellery is no exception. So from time to time, it's going to need a clean (take a look at our polishing cloths for a great way to clean silver, gold and platinum).

Custom and personalised orders
All our pieces can be customized to your personal preferences. If you would like any piece engraved with a personal name, inscription, date, etc, you can add this to your order on any of our jewellery. We can engrave with any font you choose or even copy your own handwriting for a truly bespoke personalised gift. As you would expect, all our engraving is done by hand using traditional techniques right here in the heart of London's jewellery quarter. If you need any help with our personalization services, just send us a message with what you would like and we will make it happen! Please allow an additional week for any personalization.
Personalized jewellery cannot be exchanged and is not valid for refunds.
Sizing details
Most of our bangles will be for a standard wrist size which will fit 95% of wrists. Bangles with a clasp opening will go on sideways and fit in a nice oval shape on the wrist. This will be a more comfortable fit than a slide on bangle and the hand size will have no bearing. We also offer bangles in mini, petite and large wrist sizes. If you are not sure about the sizing, just let us know and we can help to find the perfect bangle for your wrist size (we have yet to find a wrist that we cannot find a perfect fitting bangle for).
